Chartering a yacht in the Mediterranean: how and how much

Crew, routes, best season and what drives the price of a luxury charter.

A yacht charter is the freest, most exclusive way to live the Mediterranean: your own crewed boat, anchorages in coves no one reaches by land and an itinerary drawn each morning by the wind and your mood.

What drives the price

The size and type of vessel (sailing yacht, catamaran or motor), the crew, the season (July and August are peak) and the area. Add provisioning, fuel and mooring costs, usually separate from the base rate. That's why a charter is always quoted bespoke.

Where and when

The Greek Cyclades, Croatia's Dalmatian coast, the French Riviera, Sardinia or the Balearics are classic destinations, each with its own character. The best season is May to October, with June and September ideal: good weather and fewer people. We find the right boat and crew, design the route and add a private chef and onshore experiences.
