How we work, pricing, bookings and everything worth knowing before you start.
How does a bespoke trip work?+
We don't start from a catalog but from you: your dates, your pace and what moves you. We design a proposal, refine it together and handle everything —flights, stays, guides, reservations and access— with a single trusted person from start to finish.
Why don't you show prices?+
Every experience is designed bespoke, so a catalog price would be misleading. In the tool you'll see an orientative investment range; your travel designer prepares the final, closed and detailed proposal.
How far in advance should I book?+
For the most exclusive stays and experiences, we recommend six to twelve months, especially in high season. That said, we also arrange last-minute trips when availability allows.
Do you serve clients from Mexico and the United States?+
Yes. We work especially with travelers from Mexico and the U.S. heading to other countries, in Spanish and English, with knowledge of connections and logistics from both markets.
Can I combine several experiences in one trip?+
Absolutely, and it's often the best approach. We combine, for example, a safari with a private island, or culture and gastronomy with rest. We design the sequence and pacing so every day counts.
How is payment made?+
With a booking deposit to lock your dates and the balance per the schedule we agree before the trip. We detail everything transparently in the proposal.
Do you also organize hunts?+
Yes, high-end hunting is one of our specialties, with hunts in Spain and other destinations. It is handled fully privately and bespoke, including license and trophy paperwork.
What level of privacy and exclusivity do you offer?+
Whatever you want: from intimate boutique camps to full-property rentals, exclusive guides and vehicles, private flights and entire islands booked just for you.
How fast do you reply?+
In under 24 hours, and almost always the same day. As soon as we receive your request, your travel designer contacts you personally.
Can I travel with family or children?+
Of course. We design programs built for families —with activities, pacing and accommodations suited to every age— without giving up level or exclusivity.
Do you also work with companies?+
Yes. We arrange incentive trips, events and experiences for demanding companies and groups, with the same attention to detail as a private trip.
Which destinations do you cover?+
Worldwide. We design experiences across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Antarctica: safaris, private islands, art and culture, gastronomy, skiing, wellness, motorsport and hunting. If you don't see a destination on the site, just ask: the catalog is only the starting point.
In which currency do I pay?+
We work in euros and dollars depending on the destination and your preference. In the proposal we detail the amount, currency and payment schedule fully transparently, with a deposit to lock dates and the balance before the trip.
What happens if something comes up during the trip?+
Your designer and our local teams are available throughout the trip. If anything changes —weather, health, a last-minute whim— we handle it on the spot so all you have to do is enjoy.
